From festivals to concerts to what's considered the Superbowl of BMX racing - The National Bicycle League Grand National 2010 at E. P. "Tom" Sawyer Park. It's an event that's really made a name for itself in Louisville, bringing millions of dollars into the community.

- Several home burglaries have hit the usually quiet community of Anchorage in the last few weeks and it came to a head when a police officer caught the suspected burglar in the act. - The Kentucky Division of Water has lifted a boil advisory for Oldham County. Tests now show the water is safe to drink after a mechanical failure had reduced the amount of chlorine used to treat it.

- There is still no decision if Jefferson County Public Schools will move forward with its new student assignment plan for middle and high school students. The school board was considering waiting a year after big transportation problems with the new elementary assignment plan the first week of school. But a last minute recommendation by Superintendent Dr. Sheldon Berman only heated up the debate.
